- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using the swimming pool and surrounding areas at all times.
- Maintain constant surveillance of pool activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly in case of any emergency.
- Perform rescue operations and provide first aid/CPR whenever required, as per standard safety protocols.
- Ensure pool area cleanliness and hygiene by coordinating closely with the Housekeeping (HK) team for regular cleaning and upkeep.
- Arrange fresh towels neatly for guests and ensure proper availability at all times.
